Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2026 • Version 2.4

01

Scope of Bot Automation & Development Services

RaaSki provides custom Python development, autonomous bot engineering, robotic process automation (RPA), headless browser pipelines, and distributed data harvesting microservices. By engaging our services or utilizing software developed under the RaaSki portfolio, you agree to comply with the terms detailed herein.

All bots, scripts, and worker clusters are delivered strictly for legitimate business automation, data analytics, market research, and operational workflow enhancement.

02

Ethical Web Scraping & Rate-Limiting Policy

RaaSki adheres to responsible data harvesting engineering standards:

  • Public Data Only: Scraping pipelines are engineered exclusively to harvest publicly accessible data. Bots must not attempt unauthorized access into protected accounts or circumvention of paywalls.
  • Concurrency & Civility: Automated scrapers must implement adaptive rate-limiting, jitter delays, and exponential backoff to avoid overloading target servers or degrading host performance.
  • No Hostile Attacks: Under no circumstances will bots be engineered for distributed denial-of-service (DDoS), credential stuffing, ticket scalping, or automated malicious abuse.
03

Residential Proxies & Third-Party Endpoints

Clients providing their own proxy gateways (BrightData, Oxylabs, Smartproxy, etc.) or API tokens remain solely responsible for the legitimate acquisition and legal compliance of those resources. RaaSki does not provide unauthorized proxy access or compromised networks.

Because third-party website owners frequently update DOM structures, anti-bot heuristics, or API schemas, ongoing maintenance and adapter updates may be required over time.

04

Client Credentials & Zero-Retention Security

We operate under a strict zero-retention security policy regarding sensitive client assets:

  • Discord Application Secrets, POS & Vendor Webhook Keys, database connection strings, and API credentials are configured strictly via environment variables (.env) and are never stored on unauthorized public servers.
  • Upon project handover and milestone acceptance, temporary testing tokens are permanently revoked from development sandbox environments.
05

Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon complete settlement of agreed development fees, the client obtains full ownership rights to bespoke application code, custom parsing algorithms, and designated automation workflows, subject to standard open-source licenses governing underlying third-party Python packages (e.g., Playwright, BeautifulSoup, Celery, FastAPI).

06

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RaaSki be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from upstream third-party platform API deprecations, IP bans resulting from client-directed high concurrency, or unauthorized modifications made to the delivered codebase by third parties.
